this is all in my front yard. The fountain sounds wonderful and the birds love it-since we are in a desert area. I love the silvery-green color on the agave.

the challenge is a travel memory.

We were driving in the mountains in Spain, on a very dark rainy afternoon. As we came around this curve (which had a 2 foot stone wall as a guard rail) , the sun shone through a small hole in the clouds lighting up this tiny village down in the valley. It was beautiful. That was sometime in 1970, and I have never forgotten the sight
